• Any light sets that have been removed from original packaging or show signs of installation (including C7 Bulbs & Cords, Christmas Lights, Novelty Lights, String Lights)

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

6.2 Return Process

To start a return or exchange process:

2. Wait for our customer service team to respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions
3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and mail it using a trackable shipping service to the address provided

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:
