Shipping Policy

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to bring the festive spirit to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of seasonal and personal use items, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Advent Calendars (once the countdown has begun or any doors are opened)
  • Cards (all greeting cards, due to their personal nature)
  • Any Light Sets (including C7 Bulbs & Cords, Christmas Lights, Novelty Lights, String Lights) that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of installation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, send us a return/exchange request via email at [email protected]. Please use the template below to ensure we get all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our workshop.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a store credit/refund.
