We take great pride in the quality of our Christmas decorations, lights, trees, and festive accessories. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you envisioned for your holiday display.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a straightforward and festive-friendly returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Advent Calendars (Once the countdown has begun or any doors are opened)
- Cards (All greeting cards, due to their personal nature)
- Any Light Sets (C7 Bulbs & Cords, Christmas Lights, Novelty Lights, String Lights) that have been removed from their original packaging or have any signs of installation.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, send us a return/exchange request via email at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service elves will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our workshop.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a store credit/refund.
